KEESUN provides OEM and ODM manufacturing for customers who need antennas for their own products or equipment. Customers can work with an existing KEESUN antenna model or provide their own design, drawing, sample, or technical requirements.
For OEM projects, production can follow the customer’s specifications, including antenna frequency, gain, dimensions, connector type, cable length, housing, label and packaging. If some parts of the design need to be changed for production, the details can be discussed and confirmed before manufacturing.
ODM projects can start from a product requirement rather than a finished antenna design. Based on the application, working frequency and available installation space, KEESUN can help develop an antenna and prepare samples for evaluation.
The production process covers material preparation, component assembly, cable processing, connector installation, antenna assembly, inspection and RF testing. Different production steps are arranged according to the antenna type and order requirements.
Before a bulk order, samples can be produced so the customer can check the antenna on the actual equipment. After the specifications are confirmed, the same production requirements can be used for subsequent orders to keep the products consistent.
KEESUN supports OEM and ODM projects for 4G/LTE, 5G, WiFi, LoRa, GPS/GNSS, FPV, CPE, fiberglass and other RF antennas. RF cables and connector assemblies can also be included when required.
